FPS Drop

Hi everyone,

I hosted valheim dedicated server (virtual machine) at home. Now my friend and me build few building in our world, FPS keep drop when we visit the building place but other place is fine. Anyway to solve this? Or can I edit the config file at valheim dedicated server?

Virtual Machine Spec:
OS: Windows 10 Pro
Processor: 8 vcpu
Ram: 8 GB

My Home Internet Bandwidth: 100 Mbps Download speed, 50 Mbps Upload Speed

What is your instance count in the affected area? You can see instance count by pressing F2 in game.

Areas that have over 15,000 instances encounter serious performance drops. This is due to the game parsing the entire object table each frame.

I suggest spreading your builds out more to reduce the number of instances loaded by the client at once.
