FPS drop

I'm currently sitting at 136 hours, all through my steam deck. It has been running at about 25-30 FPS the entire time. Suddenly, last night when i logged in, im running at 9.9 FPS. This is no matter the graphics settings, or where i am (base, middle of nowhere, etc). Before the drop, i did not change anything, nor did valheim or the steam deck update. Any ideas?
