Heavy boots for walking underwater (to retrieve items)

Heavy boots that let you walk underwater for a short while before you start drowning. This would make it possible to retrieve items from bottoms of rivers without having to build a jumping tower each time. Holding your breath can be simulated by faster stamina drain while under water, or by a new breath bar that is visible when the character is under water.

yes, it would also help to build fron underwater, making bridges would bevome easier
