Pc Saves to Console

So I tried playing on my Xbox x through gamepass since I own both through gamepass on Xbox and PC. Yet I ran into a problem where my Pc world is saved but the entire world is lower then its supposed to be and forests are in the oceans. It seems the entire geography of my game has changed. Any way to fix this?
