Remove ground limitations

Please consider removing or updating the ground limitation so that players like myself can make a big project and not have to worry about part of the ground being lower than other parts and not being able to raise the lower part to the recommended height that we are trying to make for our builds. and trying to make the ground even with the lower portion of the ground isn't an option because then you could run into the issue of part of the ground not being able to be lowered by the same ground limit preventing you from raising it from the first issue so please Devs please look into this because it will make building so much more fluent for a lot of people also by chance the stone circles with five large stones if at all possible make them minable so they aren't in they way they are not useful or of any significance and are just their for decor and if people don't want them around then we should have to option to mine them away for stone.
