Hurray for lox riding! Now that we have this... what's the chance of seeing saddlebags at a later date?
Basically, add two side-saddle packs with maybe four or six item slots in them (or even just one bag of six slots). Right now, the only way to transport stuff on a lox is to lock yourself in an encumbered state, which is...functionally dangerous. If you get un-loxed, you basically need to stand there for a few moments emptying your pockets.
Now, with this noted, I get that this would need to be balanced with carts, thus the suggestion of having fewer slots overall.
Naturally, if the saddle is removed from the lox before the bags are emptied, they would simply release as if a box or cart they were in was destroyed.
