Craft weight increasing mead / potion for certain time like 10~15 minutes +50 , 75 , 100
Craft Warhorn for house decoration or just roleplaying like the tankard, if possible add sound for fun
Craft Viking Helmet

Bison Fur:
Craft Bison armor set; full set effect gives frost resist, maybe each piece give slight resistance towards blunt damage
Craft Bison Rug house decoration
Craft Viking Banner

Bison Trophy:
Decoration

Bison Meat:
Better than Deer meat, slightly lower than Wolf meat

Bison Armor set stats
Below Bronze, on-par or slightly weaker than troll set
No movement speed penalty
Resist blunt and frost

Why blunt and frost?
Blunt for early game against trolls, Greydwarf brutes
Frost for early game exploration to mountains

Also an idea, similar to Abyssal harpoon but easier to obtain or bought from trader:
Ropes to drag / pull animals and put them in a pen
Ropes will be consumed after releasing or able to attach to pole to prevent animals from running
