Can't Play With Friends

I Am Trying To Play With My Friends On Xbox But I Am Playing On The Steam Version Of The Game. I Was Curious If There Is Anyway That I Can Solve This Issue. We Think That The Issue Is Because The Two Versions Of The Game Are Different Patches Of The Game. Please Help!

Definitely would suggest confirming you're both on the same version of the game, version mismatches would likely cause issues!

Completely un-installing and re-installing if its an option might help.
