Depth of Field no longer focuses on Sky

I haven't played in quite a while, so I don't know when it happened, but it used to be that when you looked up at the sky the DOF would come into focus. Now it no longer does, so when I look up to see the stars, they are all blurry. If I turn DOF off, it is perfectly clear.

Was this an intentional change, or do I have some sort of glitch happening?
