Would like to be able to create barrels, furs you can hang on the walls, any miscellaneous odds & ends that may be associated with a viking village

We were saying on Reddit that we need troll hide rugs, curtains, maybe tents, a nice awning for outside the base.

Would be nice to be able to do more with all the trophies like trophy plus rug requirements would give the classic bear skin rug effect for that mob type.

Exactly. And more uses for the various loot. Capes from Neck tails or various trophies. More uses for Troll hide, like rugs etc. Many items are used only in one recipe.
