I want to express gratitude to the developers for having created this game.
As a person living in the twenty first century, I am trapped in a society that I have no desire to be any part of whatsoever. I consider my discovery of Valheim genuinely synchronistic, as for some time prior to finding it, I regularly thought about having my own, entirely secluded world in the Afterlife, where I would be able to do all of the things that I had been unable to while alive; and said activities mostly just included firebuilding, farming, and construction, similar to what is available in the game.
Some may consider this mentally ill, but I am choosing to view this game as a literal gift from the Aesir, to contemporary humanity.
