Use command with Hammer, Hoe and Cultivator / Blackmetal Spear / Fist weapons

Hi,

I think the "Use" command (default E) when using the Hammer, Hoe and Cultivator should be enabled.

Furthermore, I think there should be a Blackmetal Spear in the game, it's the only weapon class that doesnt have a blackmetal tier.

Lastly, I think there should be a weapon class that's based on the "Unarmed" skill.
