No matter what I do I can't seem to figure out why valheim restarts my computer about 30 seconds to 5 mins after I get to the title screen. Please help

Normally when a game crashes it just stops the game... sometimes it freezes for a minute first but eventually the game closes and you're back at your desktop (a "crash to desktop"). Now I'm not a certified technician or anything, but if your pc itself is crashing/restarting when you try to run this (or any other) game then I'd guess you've probably got some sort of more serious underlying issue with your machine...
