How would that work, exactly? If an area is unexplored, it gets updated, so the trick is to not explore future biomes. For those that have been explored, would your command clear any player modifications?
In general, I agree. I don't (and won't) use mods in Valheim, so saying "That's in a mod" doesn't work for me. My experiences with mods in other games is hit or miss, and I think Valheim is mostly fine as is. Now to address your specific points:
1. Axial rotation: Nice idea, but very...
With Mistlands, I must stop at 4 workstations to fix all my gear. For the most part, it's one or two items at each workstation (hammer and hoe at the original workbench, pickaxe and axe at the forge, bow and sword at the black forge, and feather cape at the galdr table.) Still nothing gets...
The only thing I can suggest in this regard is to enhance line-of-sight mechanics. I'm an OCD completionist in the sense that I want all that fog removed, and I'll take extraordinary steps to do so - like sail way out of my way or walk all the way out to that rocky point.
The enhancement I'd...
Pre-selected patterns or an open palette for your own designs? Any why limit it to just bucklers? Why not all shields?
This can go for armor and capes as well. Looks to me like a good use for the Artisan table. If you have a paintable item in your inventory, you can bring the various...
Just a big kraken would be an awesome boss. Dverger pirates? Fuling sailors? For all of that, I'd like some drastic improvements on player-built ships, like adding armor, weaponry, oars (linked together, burns stamina to use them), the ability to dredge deeper in shallow waters, deep enough for...
While it's not linked to Steam, we already have two forms of achievement tracking. The first is skills and the second is the window that shows all the trophies you've collected. I know that in other games, there are achievements tracking everything from hours played to number of chopped-down...
As a decoration, I'm okay with this. As a nearly-invulnerable build piece, I'm not, because if it's more sturdy than stone, I can see players building these instead of walls to protect their forts. I'm definitely not in favor of it for skill training, simply because ot would discourage players...
I made a similar suggested a few weeks ago. I think precious and rare metals, gems, and other mine-able materials could open up a whole host of customization and build options.
I think goats & cows would be non-aggressive meadow animals. Bulls, on the other hand... Slaughtering cows would give another meat option, beef, ranging from cooked beef, beef stew, kebab meat, etc. Added to a flour and we'd get stroghanoff. Mix it with other types of meat for better sausages...
I apologize in advance if others have suggested these things... I've not read through every post, nor would I remember every detail if I did.
1. Random drops: Beyond the standard drops, I'd love there to be additional random drops from mobs, ranging from a few coins, to gems (existing gems, new...
